4. Orders & Acceptance

• When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

  • The product is out of stock

  • The payment is not completed

  • The order violates our policies

If an order is canceled, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery is available across the State of Kuwait.

• Delivery time usually ranges between 2–6 hours, depending on location and order volume.

• If the address is incorrect or incomplete, re-delivery fees may apply.

• Delivery fees are non-refundable.

6. Return & Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted within 14 days from delivery if the item is unused, unopened, and in original condition.

• Certain items (earbuds, personal care items, Final Sale products) are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

• For wrong/damaged items, notify us within 48 hours with photos/videos.

• Refunds are processed after inspection and may take 5–7 business days.
